- Bromley
Fit-out of a prominent high street store totalling 139,000 sq ft over six floors. Works included new till areas, fitting rooms, window bays and displays plus new lighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. In addition, a new café area was introduced which required significant services works. - Wandsworth
Fit-out of store totalling 35,000 sq ft over two floors. The works included new till areas, fitting rooms, window bays and displays. Back of house works included the refurbishment of welfare areas and inclusion of comfort cooling. - Stafford
A new build fit-out within the £70M Riverside Shopping Centre in Stafford over three floors. The installed systems included variable air volume air conditioning, sprinklers, standby diesel generation for essential services, customer escalators, and two passenger and two goods lifts requiring careful design and co-ordination, particularly in the congested areas of the store.
