Project Description:
The project comprised an 80,000 sq ft unit and 25,000 sq ft unit respectively. We were commissioned to manage the reinstatement of both warehouse units following the Buncefield, Hemel Hempstead oil depot blast in 2005, which destroyed a large extent of the warehousing and industrial areas. The distribution centre was the priority as damage was preventing the safe use of the warehouse for supply of product to the Wickes store chain.
