Project Description:
The construction of a new build paving production facility using ‘state of the art’ technology. The steel portal frame building comprised product mixing facilities, manufacturing and curing areas. The project required a new electrical infrastructure system to provide power to new plant equipment and controls; this entailed an electrical substation upgrade and new main switchboard.
The services installation comprised new electrical distribution equipment, main and sub main cabling, production equipment power, lighting and emergency lighting, fire alarms, data and ancillary systems.
