Project Description:
The refurbishment of the Road Haulage Association’s existing head office, with the addition of providing cooling to all areas. The project comprised the replacement of all ground floor lighting, power and data installations. Both floors were fitted with energy efficient VRV heat recovery cooling units to provide a comfortable environment for the occupants throughout the year. The building also received brand new toilet and kitchen facilities services by new gas fired plant.
