Philip co-ordinated the formation of Engineering Services Partnership Ltd (ESP Limited) and commenced employment in March 1997 as Managing Director.  The company is now a well established, multi-disciplinary consultancy with Philip managing company operations with extensive depth and breadth of resource and expertise.

James joined ESP in 2017 and leads the Manchester Office as Regional Director. With over 15 years practical experience and relevant academic qualifications, he has worked in a range of sectors including, public, education, residential, transport and infrastructure and leisure. James has a solid understanding of Low Energy Mechanical, Public Health, Electrical and Acoustic Design alongside sound knowledge of current Building Regulations, in particular Part L, having previously been qualified as a Low Carbon Consultant.

Peter is a Regional Director at ESP and has been with the company for 15 years. He is an electrical engineer with over twenty years' experience in the construction industry. Peter has worked on schemes within various sectors including data centres, critical power systems, banking, retail, industrial, domestic, commercial, health, education, leisure and local authority.

Carl joined the ESP Croydon office in 2018 and is a Regional Director.  He is a degree qualified Engineer with over 30 years' experience ranging from practical engineering to strategic business management working across the financial, education and healthcare sectors in bespoke projects and frameworks.
